Nowadays it’s very common to skip the morning meal. Here we forget the role of breakfast does.After fasting all night long, your body needs a metabolic jump-start to begin the day. Skipping those morning calories to lose weight is one of the worst habits a person can develop.

We run for different reasons. work,meeting, appearance, social opportunities even we know still its of no use we does it as it is. That s life nowadays. Today fast life style we people typically drive everywhere rather walk. even children s  take bus to school and are often driven to the bus stop. Now here plays the role of junk food where we  eat a meal high in unhealthy fats and sugar, the sugar causes a large spike in your blood-sugar.Fast foods often contain too many calories and too little nutrition. Although junk food and fast food makes you feel full and satisfied, they lack all the necessary nutrients like proteins and carbohydrates to keep your body energized and healthy.Fast food isn’t necessarily bad, but in many cases it’s highly processed and contains large amounts of carbohydrates, added sugar, unhealthy fats, and salt (sodium).

A healthy diet plays a part in keeping hormone levels on an even keel, while a diet high in junk food falls short of these requirements. Consuming trans fats, saturated fats and processed food is associated with up to 58 percent increase in risk of depression.

 I am blessed with this delicious Indian recipes.

Indian food is not only different from rest of the world but its way of cooking is also differs.It reflects a perfect blend of various cultures and traditions.India food are better known for its spiciness.

In the foods of Tamil Nadu use of tamarind is frequently made in order to impart sourness to the dishes. It simply distinguishes the Tamil Food from other cuisines.

Continental food are also so respected.

There are lot of commonalities between the Indian cuisine and the Middle Eastern cuisine. Both have a tradition of using herbs and spices and the dishes made in either of the region can be relished by the other.

Canadian pop star Justin Bieber says he stopped a concert in Oslo after one song because fans got in his way as he tried to wipe up liquid on stage.

On Instagram, he wrote that he “chose to end the show as the people in the front row would not listen.” Videos posted on social media show a visibly irritated Bieber saying “Gimme me a second. Guys, I am done. I am not gonna do the show.”

The 21-year-old singer removed his cap and headset as he walked off the stage at Oslo’s Chateau Neuf concert hall before some 1,000 screaming fans.

Bieber, who earlier this week quit a radio show in Spain, blamed a rough week, saying “I don’t always handle things the right way but I’m human.”

He later apologized on Twitter saying, “In no way did I mean to come across mean, but chose to end the show as the people in the front row would not listen. Hopefully people will understand where I am coming from. I don’t always handle things the right way but I’m human and I’m working on getting better at responding not reacting. Unfortunately people were affected by this as am I. For the people in the back I am so sorry and for anyone I may have disappointed im sorry.

Rosetta has made the first detection of molecular oxygen at a comet. The results presented in this graphic are based on data collected by the Rosetta Orbiter Spectrometer for Ion and Neutral Analysis Double-Focusing Mass Spectrometer (ROSINA-DFMS) between September 2014 and March 2015 when Rosetta was still on the approach to the Sun along its orbit.

Top middle: high-resolution measurements allowed molecular oxygen (O2) to be distinguished from other species like sulphur (S) and methanol (CH3OH). The detection of the coma gases is stronger closer to the comet nucleus, as expected. The contribution to the detection from contamination from the spacecraft thruster firings during manoeuvres is very low.

Top right: the strong correlation of molecular oxygen abundance with water vapour indicates a shared origin and release mechanism from the nucleus.

Short-lived strong variations are attributed to the decrease of the O2 ratio for occasionally higher H2O abundances linked to the daily water-ice cycle.
